I arrived home on Monday, and now it is Wednesday and Nikki gets home today. Mom and I went shopping yesterday to finish the preparations for Christmas, and tomorrow will commence the cooking of the 7ish fishes.
The menu, and poundage, this year:
5 lbs little neck clams
5 lbs mussels
6 lbs shrimp
6 lobster tails
2.5 lbs squid
We also decided to make PW bacon macaroni and cheese, and are doubling the egg casseroles this year to make 2 -- one with spinach, one with just sausage.
Delicious.
